Gun Owners Foundation is fighting for your gun rights in America's highest courts. Consider three high profile cases where GOF is currently active:
NYSRP v. NY City. In the first case to be heard before the U.S. Supreme Court in nearly a decade, GOF’s hard-hitting amicus brief seeks to provide relief to those in anti-gun states by challenging the “interest balancing” applied by anti-gun judges.
GOA v. Barr. GOF challenges President Trump’s unlawful and reckless ban on bump stocks, which potentially made over half a million people felons overnight. The case is currently being litigated in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Kettler v. US. In this case, GOF is defending a disabled veteran who was harassed by the ATF and DOJ for possessing a suppressor in accordance with Kansas law. This case makes arguments that strike deep to the heart of the unconstitutional National Firearms Act and could potentially repeal many of its onerous restrictions.
Without the support of gun owners across the country, none of these efforts would be possible. Please consider making a tax-deductible contribution to GOF’s Legal Defense Fund!
